Luoyang Loyal Group Co., Ltd. was founded in March, 1985 and its registered location is on the south of zhenglu Road, Liuquan Town, Yiyang County, Luoyang Municipality. It is a shareholding company with fixed assets of RMB yuan 150 million and over 800 employees , of which 200 engineering technicians and 30 administrative personnel. The company has successively won the “Qualified Overall Quality Management” title of the Ministry of Agriculture for many times, the National Silicon-Product-lnspection Top Quality reputation , the prize for Excellent Products at the 3rd China Export Product Fair of Township Enterprise , the First Class Advanced Enterprise of County and Town Circle of Henan Province. In 1994 the company was authorized the rights of import and export by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economical Cooperation. In 1996 it was named as “The Key Export Base” by Henan provincial government. In 1997 it was granted with ISO9001 Quality System Certification and in November,2001 with ISO 14001 Environment System Certification. It has been a Resources Comprehensive Utilization Enterprise awarded by the Development and Reform Commission of Henan Province since November, 1999. In 2002, the Henan provincial government awarded it the title of “Honoring Contracts, Respecting credit”. It was named as China Foreign Trade Enterprise Credit Example Company by the Ministry of Commerce of China in 2003. The Group’s Measurement/Quality Inspection Centre was endorsed as FERRO ALLOY REGISTERED LABORATORY by the Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of Henan in February, 2003.
      The Group has seven subsidiaries, namely Loyal Ferroalloy Company , Loyal Electrical Power Company, Loyal Trading Company, Loyal Welding Flux Company, Loyal Casting and Forging Company and Loyal Hydropower Company, etc., involves many kinds of field such as metallurgic, power generation, import and export, etc. It has a self-using power plant of 18,000KWs , a hydropower station of 6000KWs , several ore-heating furnaces , low frequency furnaces and advanced inspection instruments. It integrates scientific research, experiment, production and inspection in order to satisfy different customers. Its main products are the ones such as Ferro Silicon High Purity Grade, REFeSiMg, FeMo and other Ferroalloys of vanadium, chromium ,nickel, tungsten, titanium, etc. It has ten ferroalloy patents and can produce various kinds of composite alloys with different specifications according to the client’s requirements.
